Gio had three good runs around the 4*S, Simply Sox jumping a good double clear – both Swirly Temptress and Duke of Champion picking up showjumping penalties.
In an intermediate section, Criscade del Pavarino also jumped a double clear, but Gio took it steady across country.
Star of the team was Cloud K (pictured) who jumped a lovely double clear for Kathryn to take 6th place in his intermediate section, whilst her other ride, No Rush One, was double clear in his section to finish 11th.
